Hello out there, I have a bunch of magnasync moviola modules/(pre-line amps?) from a record and reproduce of a large editing machine. Does anyone have any info about these?  Most of them, about 40, look like the one pictured. They are housed in a rack, kind of 500 style.  A few others look a bit different, some have  large RCA transistors(!) and seem to be part of a buss section?
Right, so if anyone wants to hook a dude up with some info that'd be great. OR if you live in the LA area and want to help me get them up and running (if it's worth it) I would give you a couple to have. More pics on request. Thanks-

I have some of their stuff. A tape repro head amp thing that runs on negative 24 volts to germaim transistors. It uses pull outcards kind of liek yours....they are an old film company, the units i have came from a machine that plays the audio on film. old stuff.
Anyway I wired one up as a microphone preamp....and then turned it into an optical compressor and then trashed it...Still have the cards and everything. I couldn't find ANYTHING online though...

Goodluck!

AH! It does not tell you when you get a reply! Thanks for the response. Oh well I can still salvage a few parts from them. I found a few with some germanium transistors labeled 2N301 424 which I'm sure I can get some use out of? Fuzz box? Awyway thanks for the feedback!

I think so, I'm new to all this. There are 2 pots for bias on the front and one for gain. They're housed in a 10 card rack labeled record /reproduce amps. I would show you some other pics but I'm away from home for a long while. I see you are Dutch, my last name is deWitt...
