Magnavox MPX 70-02 7002 Troubleshooting

Hi,

Anyone want to help me troubleshoot this Magnavox MPX 70-02 unit? It powers on and passes mono FM from the tuner, but does not decode stereo.

I have replaced the few electrolytic caps and gone through the alignment procedure. Schem here: http://pacifictv.ca/schematics/magna700300data.pdf

Yes, but need to know are you familiar with the principle of stereo FM demodulation and do you have dual trace scope and a generator with "+/-0.0001% accuracy"?
