MCI Fet Replacement

Hi, looking for a substitute for the P1215E fet's found on a MCI jh24 output cards. (Q4-Q6) These switch between the Input, Cue, and Repro monitoring. Most of the switching fets are 1086RR's which are fairly easily sourced but I can't find any info about these. I assume they is nothing special about these but I do wonder why the 1086 wasn't used here as well.

I couldn't find a data sheet for the P1215E. I would say try the parts you can get (1086RR).

Maybe listen for clicks or something like that.

Did you ask on the facebook group for these machines ? There are a lot of people repairing/maintaining them there. They would probably be able to help you.

Ask Chris Mara at mara machines.
They are doing amazing work on the JH110 and JH24 machines.

I just installed some of their cards in a JH110. good stuff.

I know the machines well, I actually just ran out of old stock of these and can’t find a data sheet or anything about them. I’m going to try the 1086RR and see if they work out. Even if there’s a some small noise it shouldn’t make it to tape.

PS I know Chris well and worked for him for several years. I designed the transformer I/o card and some other mods for the 110s/24s. Maybe he’ll let go of a spare janky output card so I could harvest parts.
