There are 2 ways Keith :

1. Cut the top trace going to the middle pin (base) of the top left transistor and add a link to the left hand pin (collector) of the transistor.

2. There is a link on the PCB that links from the base of one of the 2 BC560's to the faulty trace. So the faulty trace can be bypassed, & the link can be placed from the correct track, directly to the collector of the top left BC550.

Thanks Peter, I was looking at two of them the other day to figure out the differences, and accidentally mixed them up...Doh!
 
Thanks Jay, I have been playing with my own head and confusing myself trying to figure out which boards were in which packet - you wrapped the new ones seperately and marked them, but by the time everyone at work had looked at them after I opened the letter, it all got a bit mixed up.
 
just to straighten things - it would be best to post requests for meta'izing in the appropiate meta thread. That way you won't depend on the meta-keeper to come by this thread..
