Hello, Everyone,
I am selling a couple of microphones that I'm selling to get parts to complete a guitar amp build. Basically selling for parts what are great sounding microphones, of which I already have quite a few.
D-251 - This one was a project that was sitting around and I recently finished. Has a OPR OP12 capsule that was very recently installed and a NOS 1960's GE 6072a that I happened to have on hand. The power supply was built with an SMPS and is very quiet. Patterns work as they should. Very nice sounding microphone as other can attest who have built a D-251. Does not have a shock mount. Includes microphone, 7 pin XLR cable, and PSU. $780 shipped+PP lower 48 states.
G7 - This was a very old build that until recently was not working correctly. I have gone through this an fixed any issues it may have had and now it is working perfectly. Has a Luke Audio capsule that was very recently installed (gold sputtered not the dark slate gray version). I had to trim down the PCB a little as the unfinished brass body was a little shorter than what this board was intended to accommodate. Still works great. Ignore the label on the bottom front of the PSU. All of the patterns work as they should. I meant to transfer the PSU into a nicer looking case but never did. Also no shock mount. Includes microphone, 7 pin XLR, and PSU. $400 shipped+PP lower 48 states.
Open to offers.
Thanks!
Paul
