Hey guys,
just dug this up...it's been over a year that Hans was here and brought in his cool MIDI router
idea - he's studying to be a classical composer at the conservatory in Antwerp IIRC and
has his thesis topic on live modulation of sampled orchestral parts with a breath controller,
so he needed a MIDI router that had a merger, a filter, a MIDI compressor etc.
He pretty much had everything together as far as programming and electronics went, based it
around the midibox, and I got in Cinema 4D and helped him get his front panel design together
- all in all very satisfying
Need to dig up that old C4D file so I can render some of the design pictures, but here's the box for starters:
