Hi folks:

Anybody here ever cook Mujadara? It's a Lebanese dish made with brown lentils, rice, and caramelized onions. I've been reading about it, and am fascinated.

Probably won't get to it until later in the week, but I bought the onion and lentils, and I think Rebecca has enough rice.

I Googled it and found several recipes -- I plan to combine features of a couple of them.

I'll report on results.
