Multiple phantom power question?

I'm adding +48v phantom power to my JBL 5306 mixer and I'm referencing the Jensen standard mic input circuitry. I'm hooking up 6 channels. Would I?,

A.) use one 200 ohm resistor, 220uf 63v cap, and 6 pairs of matched 6.8k resistors
B.) use 6 200 ohm resistors, 6 220uf caps, and 6 pairs of 6.8k resistors
C.) none of the above

A. - if you need only one switch for the whole group.

B. - if you want individual switches for each channel.
