MX-10 or MX-35 Parts Request

I have one of these with a missing output selector switch. I can't remember whether it is an MX-10 or MX-35 at the moment, but I don't know if that even matters for my question. I'd like to rebuild it and have full functionality again. A business partner and I were rebuilding these on a regular basis and robbed this unit of the said switch. This one needs a replacement of the rotary/lever switch to pan from A-B or both. I still have the original "knob" and set screw for it. It is just a shame to see it sit, waiting for it's long lost component. Would anyone here happen to have one or know where to locate one?

Upon further review, it ithe channel 4 Line-Off-Mic switch that needs to be replaced.

Some one replied to my post that Centralab made switches for Ampex. Searching for Centralab brings up a lot of hits, not sure if you will find a match
