MXL 2003 questions

I got an MXL 2003 today. Does anybody else have pictures of the insides so that I can compare mine?

It just looks a lot sloppier then both the 2001 and the 603 I have.

R11 and R12 (below the WIMA splayed out) are these funky red plastic tabs. Are these a type of resistor? I haven't seen that before.

The PCB has all these parts silkscreened, but no parts .

Is there a schematic out there? I tried looking but I din't come up with anything.

Hi, Mike.
Check out the Microphone META. I think Zebra has some pictures posted on his site of Gus's 2003 and talk of possible modifications. I haven't traced out the circuit yet, but it is basically the same as the MXL603, only with different/larger capacitors.

yeah, those are resistors, probably 1Gohm, that's what they are in mine. 1G resistors are usually somewhat funky
