A friend has it in a rack, says it's German broadcast. anyone know make, model and per chance a schematic?

I rather think it's Norwegian.... a limiter apparently.

Yes, it is made by Kongsberg, a Norwegian company that made equipment for brodacast companies in Nordic/Scandinavian countries during 1960-70's.

Later the company was taken over by new owners named Tore Seem.
