Simple Answer: Sure! I don't think you will blow anything up. Also the pinouts look the same so thats a plus.

Here's what Neve used:
BC549C for TR1, TR4
BC547 for TR2, TR5, TR6
TR1, TR4 gain higher than 600
BC549C for TR1, TR4
BC547 for TR2, TR5, TR6
