Need Piano Advice

I plan to hire someone to tune, but my friend had a tuning kit so was curious to try.  Did a couple notes,  seems like a really tedious process.  Is it not practical/possible to add fine tuners to a piano?

I don't think this piano has been tuned in a long time,  the whole instrument has drifted flat,  but still reasonably in tune with itself.

How equal you make the temperament is an art form. Tuning the piano strictly by the numbers wont produce a good result.

Is it not practical/possible to add fine tuners to a piano?

Given the nearly 100kg force on some of the strings, 5 or more times that for a guitar, I expect it is a challenge. Multiply that by nearly 250 strings...  pianos are expensive enough...
