Is yours faulty? Or are you aiming to "clone" one for yourself? Or..?

What is the purpose of your questions?
would you have some infos about it eventually?!

If it's faulty or damaged, it can be reverse-engineered, and then troubleshot and repaired.

If it needs to be recreated, there's more than one way to skin this cat (ie. a power supply doesn't necessarily need to be 100000% identical to the original's topology or components, in order to provide the same level of performance, or better).

is it anyhow related to the V475?

Single channel and discrete so not similar in that way but still neumann Zero ohm/virtual earth design. I have been told these are the best sounding neumann summing amps, i use the later PSVE type with OA10's i have also used the PSVD and didn't notice much difference between them. I much prefer the discrete units sound to the V475 but i am not saying 475 is bad.
