Neve 5462 Power supply

Dear technical guru's ,

I have a 16 ch Neve 5462 and  a couple of months ago the powersupply broke down. And since I am located in norway I really don't have any other choice than to build it myself. So I ordered this one for the 15 v that drives the mixer

And i got everything installed and hooked it up to the mixer . The sound is then coming through normally for about a minute then it becomes heavily distorted .

Does anyone know what component might have failed in the power supply or if there might  be some another kind problem ?

I figured out that the power supply is faulty and since i have modified the unit i can't really send it back.  So i need to figure out which components are most likely to be bad ? What to look for first ?
