yes , -b = ov    , i just a ran it in sim and you get about 13v out  with 5v in , good for something he he

That is the little inverter board from a 8068 EQ module.  As written previously, the EQ did not have a line in transformer- it was in the AUX module.  That board inverted and changed gain a bit to get the proper signal into the EQ circuit.

The B- IS actually 0 volts.  This happens a lot with older nomenclature.
With older bipolar circuits, there will be a V+, V-, and 0vl.

BA106 was also used as a buffer in the 1895 switching unit, pan, aux ( BCM10 ) That was the only active circuit inside the modul.

It is an emitter follower. It does not invert. It is there just to provide a low source impedance to drive the passive mix bus. It also has no gain.
