Has anybody seen or heard or had any experience with the new LA-3A reissue? I had an old one that I sold some years ago and I've regretted it ever since.

Should be about as close as a reissue LA-2a is to the real thing... minus component aging.

Wow. That's about as faithful as you can get with today's components. Way to go, UA! Now where can I get the money to buy a pair? :roll:
 
I listened to the reissue at the Frankfurt Musikmesse. It sounded very very nice to me though I´ve never heared the old one and could only compare to a 1176 reissue. Definitely a fantastic comp.
