Noisy 1978 EHX electric mistress

Hello I have an electric mistress, this schematic :

It is quite noisy, especially on "filter matrix" (no moving flanging), color full ccw and range full cw

but it didn't help.

I did a recap (not the tantalum ones) - a good calibration - a good cleaning - I even tried to replace the op amps and I had an sad1024 (I switched them, no difference)
Maybe it's normal, but it is really noisy... any help?

you should post also in stompbox dedicated websites, diystompboxes and freestompboxes.
I remember seeing a lot of threads on the Electric mistress in those forums, probably someone over there already had the same problem
