Orban 245E Power Bulb

Hey guys,

Anyone know these units?  Odd stereoizer thing.  I have one with a bulb out here, but can't figure out what this thing is or how to remove it?  Any help much appreciated!

Looks like some 125v type bulb - it's wired directly to the transformer.
