Otari EQs Racked - Schematics? Voltages? Inputs, outputs?

Hi Ya’ll,

I have these Otari EQs that a client wants racked. I don’t have a model number or anything but they seem nice and I want to look further into them. The PLD seems to make the LEDs work correctly and I have given the op amps +/- 12VDC. I tapped it all into the back of the power header. Now if I only knew what the input and output pins are! Does anyone recognize this or have a schematic? I have 8 of them. Would be a huge help
