PCB Layout for Sifam Lamp replacements for LEDs

Saw this in this months edition of EPE
Another of those simple solutions I wonder why nobody mentioed it before
Basically a tiny PCB the size of one of those fuse type bulbs - that you put in the holder on a Sifam VU meter
PCB just has drop down resitors and LEDS to provide the illumination
The article in EPE is about replacing bulbs in Cars with LEDS - tbut the first thign I though of was Sifam VU meters
Two PCBs layouts were given - 31mm and 41 mm (I think - I am doing it from memory)
So no need to drill through those VU meters anymore

Those kinda look like the bulbs i had to replace in an old Fisher RS-1022 receiver a couple years back.

Strips of blank PCB, some white LEDs scavenged from dead laptop displays, and some determination ;D

Granted, a bit of a one-way solution, but also one that shouldn't ever need replacing, too...
