Power transformer hum

I got a new off the shelf power supply.
Standard linear 24vdc output.
It says it can supply up to 1.6 amps.
I am drawing .2amps
Should I expect to have the transformer humming?

True. It’s not real loud and it’s in an external chassis.

Cost cutting transformers save $ by cheep steel, less turns, no keepers, no varnish & others things. Buy a 50/60Hz and you may not have as much "HUM" running on 60Hz power.
