Presonus M80 question...

I have a Presonus M80 and one of the channels does not work. It's been this way for a few years, the rest of the unit works fine. Sometimes ALL of the signal LEDs are lit up on the dead channel while in use and sometimes not. There seems to be no rhyme or reason. Any ideas of how I can trouble shoot?

I dont know if I understand your question. Is that picture from your unit?
If so it's quite obvious what the problem is
