2x 600 Ohm Bourns Pots (NICE and smooth!) with the solder boards (purchased from Hairball Audio).
2x 250uf 50V Audio filter caps for the boards Nice Sprague Atom/vishay NEW From Mouser
2x 200uf 50V Audio filter caps for the boards Nice Sprague Atom/vishay NEW From Mouser
2x Female Neutrik Chassis mount XLR
2x Male Neutrik Chassis mount  XLR
JLM power plant PSU with Switchable transformer
2x Freed Chassis Mount output transformers  32035
2x Triad A-67J INput transformers.
1x Parmetal Chassis 2 space Rack in GOLD!

Bump price drop.

I found a bunch of extra DIY stuff nice audio caps and resistors purchased new from mouser.  That I will throw in to the package.
