Quick ? about "plasic case caps"

Mouser part # MAL213836229E3

It was listed as a Aluminum Electrolytic, but is has a plastic case... I have never seen that before. Can somebody shed some light on this? Is it different somehow than a good old standard Aluminum lytic? all the picture show the standard cap... I have search all over Google for plastic case cap and have found nothing

It is merely a plastic jacket wrapped around the aluminum "can".  I typed in that Mouser part number which had this data sheet linked on the catalog page:
