quick omron relay question

If you look at THIS PDF data sheet, and scroll to page 527, what does the square between pins one and sixteen mean? I think I have a bad relay here...

Thats the symbol for the coil.
Be sure to check, some of these coils are polarized and have a perm
magnetic bias.
