Quick question about mic capsules

I have 2 Dale capsules for my G7's and they both have only 2 wires coming from them. I see 3 places to hook up on PCB. Does this mean I won't get all 3 patterns since they only have 2 wires?I know some capsules have 3 wires. Sorry for noobness.

the third cable is the center connection which comes from the brass of the capsule. the connection will usually be made through the mount . the center cable is then attached at the mount.
you may want to read the explanation on how pattern switching is achieved/works . it is in the PDF of the G7 on the gyraf.dk/Diy site.

I have read this 25 times before but never got the info you gave me out of it. Thanks to helping me get this mic and further my understanding of electronics.
