Quiet fans for SSL 4/6/8k PSU?

A lot of the noise is the vortex of the air moving through the supply., that combined with worn fans = a headache.
You can reduce an E power supply with three fans, down to two, just like SSL did with the G version, omitting the back fan adjacent to the five regulator cards. Most of the heat is at the front.
My SSL computer and PSU, has just be re-fanned with standard replacements, and the difference is night and day.
