Recommend power supply for Three API 312 cards?

This unit uses and external power supply which I think has issues.  Seeing as channel 4 doesn't work,  I wanted to remove that card and add an internal power supply.  Can anyone recommend a JLM or other unit?  I don't mind wall warts either!

Why Waste your fourth preamp channel? This is a pretty simple circuit to troubleshoot, even more so as you have working channels to compare to.

What is the issue with your outboard power supply?

This guy has posted before, last time he wanted to take out 2 channels and put a power supply in the box. I guess one channel has magically come back to life!

'This guy',  is not a pro.  Beyond guitar wiring I don't have much experience.

I had someone work on the unit and they got all channels to work.  But upon receiving, I found channel two to have hum, and channel four for worked for a few seconds and sputtered out.

I was also told the power supply is not great. So I was thinking two channels at first but if possible it would be great to have the three.  Maybe I can troubleshoot and get three.

As I said before, if you put the supply in the box with the preamps you are asking for trouble. If your power supply is dodgy, take the advice of the tech who told you that.

You need also a power transformer  30Vct/20VA (toroidal) or so.

Thanks for the help!  I opened it up and a ground had come off channel 4 so... I do have three channels now!  Channel two still has issues with phantom and hums a lot even with dynamic mics.  I may look at just building a new external supply.  Where do you all go for chassis?  I don't see much at JLM...
