Hi,
I've successfully built 7 VP28's. I have one more that's not quite working. Passes signal, but makes noise and exhibits other strange behaviors. Tried getting advice here years ago, but it's over my head. Is there someone here who is up for this and maybe known to the community? I guess anywhere in the lower 48 US works, but near Boston would be excellent. Thanks!
