Repair Neumann KMS 105

Hi,

I did a bad second hand purchase. I'm new in the world of micros. So I bought a used Neumann KMS 105.  (250€)
Realized after some weeks that my micro is not doing like it should. Looked up in the internet for solution but didn't find anything.
I tested it on different cables and preamps. The green led is lighting when voltage is on.
The problem is that i have to increase gain on preamps to 100% (Focusrite Scarlett 8i6) to get a low signal.

I'm not an expert but is there a way to repair it cheap (say 100€)? I guess that the capsule is defect. (Just guessing from different forums)

Where are you located? I'm in Nashville and have some to compare / swap bits and pieces which may lead down a certain path.
