Replacing pot on Orban 414A

Hello friends,
I need to replace the output atten pot on an Urban 414A, it's a simple A100K pot but the problem is the shaft is extra slim (0.125" diameter).
I've done a fairly exhaustive search for shafts this skinny and have turned up nothing. My next move is to widen the hole on the faceplate to accommodate a standard modern pot but I figured before I permanently alter anything I would check and see if anyone has any suggestions.

I have a complete Mod-Pot kit that includes different size shafts, including 0.125". That said, the leads have a different pin-out ("L" shaped instead of three in a row) but let me see if I have a 100K body first and we can go from there.

Try searching 1/8" instead of 0.125
