If i were to replace the rotary 12pos lorlin on the green pre for a pot, which values will work? lin or log? surely i have to add a series 1.5 ohm in series for the +66dB gain setting to work correctly.

OR

how to add a trim control so you have at least +/-5dB range adjustment over the output? the 6dB steps sometimes are too big for some applications, and it would be nice to have more control over this...

Yeah, a 24 pos rotary...but i´m in Colombia, i´ts impossible to find a 24pos rotary...

THANKS !!!

----EDIT-----

I´m building the Mk1, not Mk2, and putting a 10 segment bargraph meter display, Mk1 seems simpler component-wise and i like that. Also, i made files so a friend can make professional PCB´s for the green...

I have tried a number of different pots in place of the gain switch but none works very well. Switches are the way to go.

Adding a level pot would be difficult in this design. Maybe someone has some ideas?
