Resistor Question

I know this is a stupid question, But I don't want take any chances. I'm Building an 1176 revD I have most of the Resistors, but some are 1/4w and some are 1/2w Are there any negative results from mixing the two values. I really did know the answer but my minds gone blank, There all metal film

it's fine to use 1/2Watts where 1/4Watts is required but not the other way round.

The projects call for1/4 watt but I had the values I needed in 1/2 watt, Its only a few places.
