Resistor Values. 5a x 18v.....90w resistors??

So, if thats a 90w power supply are those 90w resistors?
Help me understand, as i see little about this in my reference guide.

A 90 W power supply can provide 90 W to its load--this power will be dissipated there, not in the power supply. Otherwise it would not supply power but rather waste power.
