I’ve used rightmark a little bit in the past. (I’d like to splurge for an AP but can’t budget one at the moment.) I use a Tascam UH7000 Usb for things like this.

what are you guys using to measure new designs? I know they are both free to try but curious to say what you say.

A couple of weeks ago I tried to instal Rightmark on my win 10 machine and it failed every time. After the latest Win 10n update I tried again and this time it works.

I have been using REW for a few years but I thought I would give RMA a try.

Cheers

Ian

RMAA does a different kind of measurement than REW.
REW makes sweeps for frequency response, when RMAA also uses a multitone sequence that measures all frequencies at the same time
In RTA mode, RTW can visualize any external signal, when RMAA works only with its own signal.
I have the same issue than Ian, fail every time, although I have the latest W10 update...
I used to use RMAA, but have switched to REW about 2-3 years ago.
