Roland Jazz Chorus JC120 - Intermittent Chorus / Vibrato Help??

Working on an old JC120 amp that has an issue with the chorus / vibrato. It functions for a little bit but cuts in and out, I've tried cleaning the switch but it hasn't resolved anything. Will need to dig in a bit deeper.

Anyone have experience with this issue?

I remember there are some waveforms to check in the service manual (just google it...). Maybe these will help you to isolate the problem.

When it "cuts in and out" do you mean the sound cuts out or just the chorus effect?

Is there any difference that depends on the position of the switch?

My guess would be either a bad switch or a broken solder joint in the vicinity.
