Hi Drask,
5 positions is no problem,5 poles is.Hard to say,but maybe easier and cheaper to use relais?
Just an idea,

neither are easily modified for fewer positions.

It's for EMI EQ.
I need 4 switch by gear.
I've found 4pole 5position but not 5 - 5.
But maybe with two rotary switch behind the others?
I don't how work this exactly.

There is a 6 pole 5 position available from an ebay seller; Item number: 370535180826

I bought one which I haven't found a use for so I would sell or trade it for something if you're interested.

I need 4 switch for the prototype. So I need to find where I can buy.

RS do a switch kit you can build yourself with as many wafers as you want. There are even dummy wafers for mounting components. You could make what you need from three wafers of 2 pole 6 way each. Here is a link to get you started:
