This is mindblowing news. Everyone owns the record Friday Night in San Francisco, by Di Meola, McLaughlin, and de Lucía, right? Well there have been outtakes that didn't make the record sitting on analog tape reels for 40+ years. Well the tapes have been baked and transferred to digital, and this June they will be releasing SATURDAY NIGHT IN SAN FRANCISCO, some 42 years later with previously unreleased material.

I haven't been this excited about a record release in a LONG TIME.

Have seen Dimeola live a few times, always a good show. Would have been great to see the three of them.
