Schematic and board not consistent (Eagle problem)

Both board and schematics looks the same.
And when performing an ERC i get only warnings and some things like pins pad with different connections??
Whats wrong is there any thing to do without start over?

I had this problem a number of times; there are some solutions:
one is to undo until you hopefully revert to a situation where consistency is restored,
the other is to make a list of all the components that are not consistent and delete them either from the schematic or from the layout. This has worked well for me.

+1  delete the parts in violation (I delete them from the PCB), until you get a clean report.

IIRC you can sometimes change the names of the part to make consistent the pcb and the schematic

Yes, deleting is the easiest way. You encounter that problem, when making changes in the schematic or the board and don't have the other one open as well.
