Hi,

I got a pair of very rare AMPL. C-D Ela75-02 with the Nr.Fab.335430 and Nr.Fab.4442632  numbers respectively in the rear label. They have a "Telecomunicazion Siemens Auso" in rear label too, but I have find nothing about these units. They look like Mic Preamp

Do someone have seen these pre before???......
What they do exactily???.....
Where I can Find schematics and info about these units???

They have discret parts only and a very large transformer and a large coil too.

Any comment will be appreciate very much!!!!!.........

Thanks a lot
Opacheco.

I haven't seen these before, but usually "75" in the Telefunken/Siemens/Lawo/Neumann/TAB etc range, 75 stands for summingamplifiers (like V475, V275, V675). Usually, these amplifiers have a gain of plusminus 30 dB.

But if these modules use transformers, it'll be pretty straightforward to hook them up.... I suppose.

helterbelter, Thanks a lot for your comment, I will try to do the schematic by myself.

can you take one apart and make some pics from the pcb and the various parts?
i see a quite big inductor, probably for high pass?
might be GREAT for pultec make up gain.

I will take some photos!!!....BUT the inductor is for the power supply filtering.

These was used in Italian national broadcaster Rai many years ago , I could see if I still have something about them

"HelterBelter" you are correct about those Danner cassette type European modules. But these numbers are not related at all. the "75 is the series, the two digit number after is the module type. There is a bunch of hype out there that these were Helios (Swettenham) design, but I have found absolutely no proof of that after looking and talking to people who have gone through all of his stuff.
