So what are the Sytek preamps based on?

Anybody know? I've heard they are based on Neotek designs. I know they are transformerless...

I actually own one of these 4 channel units. I have the unit with the Burr Brown's on channels 3 & 4. It was my first outboard preamp purchase (2-3 years ago)... I still feel it was a good investment. I popped it open a year or so ago.
