Yeah....many years ago I was in a situation and used that day's front page of the local newspaper. Ended up with a mirror image of "NIXON RESIGNS" on my cheeks. <G!>

Scott brand toilet paper has forest land and a factory in northern New York State. I buy local for fecal. Eastern White Pine grows incredibly fast in the Adirondacks.

Yeah, I don't think the USA imports much TP from Europe that would arrive by ship into Eastern ports impacted by the current Longshoreman strike.....

Today, I picked up a few food items at a local Dillons supermarket (the regional Kroger-owned brand) and noticed the TP inventory was low, but not depleted. When I got home, saw in the news that the longshoreman strike had ended.

We can now commence wiping again without worry... <g>
