Here is an odd one - a set of six Altec 1561A single tube preamps (no big deal), but these come with the 1571A "Slave Network" (horrible name) which is an opto cell that allowed for remote mounting of the volume controls. Each green can has a lightbulb and two CDS cells inside. Could it be made into an opto compressor? Probably, with enough other stuff added/modded. Maybe three preamps = 1 compressor? Or just use them as preamps.
All six pres/optos are mounted on a rack frame. No plug in transformers or tubes are included. Tube shields are in place. I have an original Altec 1564A power supply in rough condition that is included. No schematics or docs, but they should be around.
