This is new old stock GE 6072 Triple Mica Black Plate Tube.  This 1950's version was the best version ever made.  The triple mica construction limits microphonics. 

It was tested on a military TV7 DU tester with both triode sides each measuring 108% of bogey/new specification.    The box is a little rough, but the tube is superb!
