This is new old stock GE 6072 Triple Mica Black Plate Tube. This 1950's version was the best version ever made. It features triple mica construction which further limits microphonics.
It was tested on a military TV7 DU tester at 120% of bogey/new specification.
This tube had been stored in damp warehouse and the box was eat up with mold. The tube also smelled like mold, so I soaked it in detergent. I normally sell these triple mica versions for $125 to $150. Since I don’t have the box, I am selling it at a discount.
