Probably a very basic question here--
The following basic bridge-rectifier-and-reservoir-cap circuit here should theoretically show slightly more than 350 VDC at output (I accidentally cropped the ground/earth point off the image at the bottom-right)

Instead, it's showing 250 VDC.
