I couldn't find online this transistor / information about an equivalent part.
Do you know where I can get a SF127D / which transistor can replace it?

How about options that at least have a chance to still be available NOWADAYS?

Up to 100mA, some BC54x series, perhaps? BC550 should be the lowest-noise in that group. Or BC337 if you need more current?

Those who designed the circuit used SF127 probably because more current was needed, otherwise they used common BCs

Total P=2.5W

It should be tried
BC337
(and if it heats up even BD137, 139)
