Source for 12 conductor mic cable?

I need to rebuild the cable on a M-69, and need some 12 conductor mic cable
Does anyone know of a source for this?

The maximum I've seen is 7 conductor cable for tube mics, like the Gotham GAC7.

if you need 12 conductors maybe you can use multicore mic cable, a multicore of 6 cables, will give you 12 conductors plus 6 shields
