sourcing large diameter low profile capacitors

Hello,

I have a Perreaux E2 mosfet amp which I am repairing. I really like these amps, and have a number of them as part of my system. This is a 2U rack unit. The filter capacitors need to be replaced. The manufacturer (Perreaux NZ), has no stock of these. They measure 51mm in diameter, and 51mm high, 8200uF and 100V, pcb pin mounted.  Although I can use multiples of smaller capacitors in parallel, I would prefer using something closer to the original, so I don't need to modify the pcb.

Do any of you know of a source for large diameter, low profile capacitors?

*Always* get the cap maker's part-number when hunting for a replacement. Most cap makers maintain a table of "Equivalent to" numbers. If you have a failed Ford F150 truck and go to Chevy for a replacement, they will sell you their CK1500. Electrical bushings, toilet washers, relays.... if A and B sell the same-enough things, B will know which of their parts is same-as A's part number.

DigiKey.com has a cap, aluminum cap, selector where you can tick-off your uFd, V and height.

About 8000u, 100V, and about 51mm brings up just two parts, both NON-STOCK.

One says min order 150, the other says min order 1, but for price both say "call".

So call (email) them. I know they ship global. I know they ship through agents and sometimes the fees are heavy.

Of course maybe you can find these part numbers some place closer.
